I overloaded my hand truck with cement bags (oops) and "blew" both tires. So I thought I'd buy new tubes.
But upon inspection the tires say "tubeless." They are not hard rubber or plastic. They hold air and have Schrader valves.
I don't see any damage and so am assuming I just popped the seal where the rubber meets the wheel. But I don't see any evidence of glue or whatever kept the tire to the wheel.
I'm loathe to spend $40 or $50 on new tires for a simple hand truck that doesn't seem worth more than that. Suggestions?

Usually just levering the tires back into the rims with a pair of heavy duty screwdrivers and cleaning the rims inside with steel wool, then blow air into them like crazy.. will do it. Otherwise, you *can* buy tubes that will fit into them, but that's a PITA.

Depends on the hand truck, but most don't cost over $50 for a new one unless it is something special like a furniture dolly.
You might be able to find it someplace for cheaper than a Home Depot, got a Harbor Freight store nearby?

Wrap a tie down around the centerline of the tires to push the beads out towards the rim. Start inflating until beads pop into place.
Obviously you need a compressor that puts out greater volume than any leakage.
There is another way, but I'm not going to recommend it.

Even though the tires are tubless, you can put a tube in them. My hand truck had one tire that was always flat when I wanted to use it. It would take air and then be useable, but it was flat when I needed it next. I put a tube in it, and it's been fine ever since.

These tires are usually 10" is size and have split rims. Mine have 4 bolts holding the two piece rim together.
Remove the cotter pin and then the tire. Remove bolts and install new tube. Harbor Freight has them along with new tires. Tubes $4 and tires starting at $6.
The "off-gassing" smell is free.
