Better yet, don't use it. Pay out of your own pocket for treatment. I hope it wasn't pre-existing or you are going to be a very sick bunny!
If some people have to pay a little more, good. Let's call it a social caring payment, so that those who need it can get care. If you don't want or need to care about other people, then don't get it. pay the fine and pay for yourself- see above.

Yup, crashing because of the overwhelming demand for affordable health insurance. Reminds me of the commercial for UPS that had this internet startup business going live and everyone at the table holding their breath hoping for success as the orders come in, slowly at first, then picking up quickly to cheers until orders came in at an overwhelming landslide, stilling the cheers, with UPS, of course, to the rescue.
