how do I clone a Win 7 drive? - mrbigstuff - 10-07-2013 can do it with an external, or use an internal drive that I have laying about. Muffman - 10-07-2013 Is it an OEM drive? What brand, product, and model? What version of Win7? OEM can be a lot more complicated due to special partitions. I was using a Win8 Lenovo that has 4 freaking tiny partitions and would not let me swap a drive in and install Win7 or Server 2008R2 because the BIOS needs special partitions before it would even boot to the BIOS screen. :banghead: Re: how do I clone a Win 7 drive? - mrbigstuff - 10-07-2013 it is an OEM Dell drive (SSD), Samsung manufacturer.
