With the recent mention of the DMP anniversary, do we need to get one of these to start anew?

THIS week? No... but you catch me at the right time, and yeah.. what the 'ell...
I missed out on the DMP. Had my name in the hat twice, and both times it was my turn, my life was so busy I had to pass and let it go to the next person in line. It never came around again :-(
