Got this code (01PY0001C3B0S08G) for 30% off in an email this morning and used it for my new 5S iPhone.

Usually these are one time use coupons.

How did you get the coupon code in the first place? Did it come with the phone purchase?

Just got the coupon in an email. I had been at their site previously to check prices. My iPhone came (in the mail) the day before so it was good timing.
