Fake Mandela interpreter: it gets weirder - Lemon Drop - 12-16-2013
He was once involved in a murder but was declared "mentally unfit" to face charges and was institutionalized for over a year.
So maybe his mental illness claim wasn't that far off, but, what on earth was he doing standing next to world leaders on international TV?

"Lowest Price Technically Acceptable" - it's been all the rage with government contracting the last year or so, and has met its primary purpose - pay the least amount possible for a contracted service...the service you get, though, may not be the best...
