Or epoxy ! I lost a favorite pair of Dockers one sunny day on the back apron in the SOG hangar at Edwards AFB.
Or welding ! I've burned up two pairs of pants so far.... well, not burned up, but they look like I'm a lifelong smoker with little burn holes.

Anytime I'm using the spray foam or even just regular caulk, I figure that I'm going to get it all over myself no matter how hard I try not to. If there's a certainty in life, it's that if I lay down a nice clean line of caulk I will lean against it within the next 5 minutes.

I learned doing some fiberglass work that a full hazmat suit is almost NEVER a bad idea....

(I bought it thinking that it'd safely seal a leak... which it did, but they neglect to tell you that when you spray it, it goes everywhere...)

Might try acetone/nail polish remover. If that fails, then Goof Off--but goof off can damage the surface below if it's painted or plastic, etc.

Can you guys clue me in on what products you are using here? I mean..Great Stuff? Or, a commercial two part poly expander? What?????

I used the Great Stuff, Windows & Doors version, it's meant to not "overexpand" when you use it in door jambs, etc. Of course, it still sticks wicked well to my clothes!
(my favorite pair of dress slacks, too. don't ask why I even attempted it in these pants, I don't know.)
