I thought today's batch of mac minis on ebay (email I get daily) seemed like some good prices to bite on. A1176 easy to upgrade.. if you want/need to..

Just keep in mind, these are 2006 machines. Their RAM limit is 2GB, no more.

If Apple put 4 GB of System RAM in the iPhone 6 and made a version of OS X to run on it, these 2006 mini's might start to seem laughable.

How did you arrange to receive the daily emails?

I would spend a little more money and get the 2007 mini with the Core2Duo processor

Search for the item you want emails on. Click the Green "Follow this Search' and select emails.

Brilliant. Thank you.

I have like way too many searches. Get more emails a day from ebay than I can go through some days.

RAM limits need to be verified (for Macs in general) via everymac and/or xlr8yourmac reports/forums.

I agree, RAM maxes out on these at 4GB.

Early '09 Minis top out at 8GB, but start using that goofy Mini-DVI port thingie. These are the minimum spec machines we're still using, but they're only for the kids.
