29 hour days are a beat-ch - Mini 9 - 05-10-2014

about did me in.

Tuesday morning worked until Wed Noon this week.

but, my project is on schedule. Smile

Does not compare to my Monday to Thursday "All nighter" (all WEEKER?) I did in college once.

I hope you can crash now. Those are tough, and they get tougher as one becomes less young.

Or Experimental Physics. Experimenters wait months for some Beam time, and finally they get 72 hours.
We had a couch just off the Control Room/Counting Area, and a shower downstairs just off The Pit.
They were for when things went well.

Oh, those lucky Experimenters. The Operations Group Leader may routinely put in an 80 hour week, and is usually there when things don't go well, 24/7.
I hated that couch. It smelled of Experimenter.

I took a mental break with some friends today. While not REST, we talked all day and had fun. It was nice to drop my worries about work.
