LeVar Burton's "Reading Rainbow" Kickstarter is on fire - Zoidberg - 05-28-2014
LeVar Burton announced this morning that he was trying to relaunch Reading Rainbow and started a Kickstarter Campaign to do so, with the lofty goal of $1,000,000 in just 35 days.
As I type this, I'm seeing the counter fly past $576,000. Again, keeping in mind this just launched this morning.

Heh, it went up $6 K while I was browsing the rewards.
A worthy cause. My children enjoyed the program very much, and it's got more guts than a lot of other elementary "educational" TV programming.
