Proof positive there will be new minis announced on 6/2 - rgG - 05-28-2014
Pictured above is my new setup that replaced my almost 8 year old iMac.
I held out as long as I could, and then someone on the Forum made me an offer for the whole new setup you see, that I could not refuse, so I now have a 2012 mini, mini stack, 23" cinema display, BT keyboard and magic trackpad. This will no doubt guarantee that new minis will be introduced next week.
I won't say who made me such a good deal on the whole setup, but if you look closely at the desktop photo, supplied by him, you might be able to figure out who the Forum member is that made my day, week, month.
The display is a 2008 vintage, but it looks as crisp and clear as can be, and it isn't the glossy screen, which would not work well for my location, as I have a lot of windows and three skylights right over my desk, so the glare would be awful.
I like the BT keyboard, and I am getting used to the trackpad, both new to me.
I don't even care if they introduce a new mini next week. I happy as a clam.

I liked my Apple Bluetooth keyboard as well.
While I don't need specific details of the user of course, I'm very interested at the price for such a package. Would be helpful for me as I search for a good deal for one of my clients. Had a line on a well specced Lenovo 93p refurb (tiny Mac mini type of system) with Haswell i5 of some sort, 8GB RAM, 180GB SSD, optical drive, keyboard, mouse, one year on site warranty and it sold out just as I hit "Add to Cart". Now I'm back to square one, well I do have a couple other leads, but nothing specific yet.
Frankly, a Mac mini could be a pretty nice option. Windows is not a requirement for this client.

I do not know why it posted like that. I think it must have been the way I snapped the pic with my phone, but it showed right side up on photo bucket. Oh well
