It's generally not the fat in tofu that makes people fat. I believe that at least 60% of people in the U.S. are overweight because of too many carbs. "Fat Free" foods are just one of the scams by big grain.

A long time ago I participated in a Biggest Loser contest at our office. One of the things I learned is that "Fat Free" does not mean fat free. It means the percentage is low enough that the government allows them to call it fat free.

I gained 60 lbs eating "low fat food" until I realized that it was the carbs that was causing me to gain weight. Low Fat is a scam. It means high sugar, which is what has caused "30% Fat." It is a red herring by Big Grain.
