Re: Rset Canon 5200 series printer - space-time - 06-01-2014 reset? remove the printer or reset the printing system? Re: Rset Canon 5200 series printer - Dadlawyer - 06-01-2014 Would like to get it to print. As it did three days ago, you know, click on print and watch it do it's thing. Previously this work as a plug in and print. Now it looks like IRS tax code or direction to Obamacare. Re: Rset Canon 5200 series printer - space-time - 06-01-2014 you can try to reset the printing system System Preference, click on Printer and Fax, CONTROL-CLICK in the window that shows the printers and reset the printing system. If not, delete the printer (-) and then add it back (+) ![]() Re: Rset Canon 5200 series printer - LyleH - 06-01-2014 Running OSX 10.8.5 - Every time I "Repair Permissions" my Canon MP960 will not print. To correct the problem I go into the Print & Scan System Preference and select that printer. I then select "Open Print Queue" for that printer. I get a message that the software for that printer is installed incorrectly. It gives me the option to Repair, which I select. It then reports "Repairing Permissions". After that the printer works fine. LyleH |
