If they could only get the sound levels the same from the EXTREMELY LOUD ads to the very low pronunciation that you went to the site to hear. TOTAL CRAP EXPERIENCE FOR ME (anyway).

As the supervisor I was chatting with at Overstock.com customer support said in response to their thoroughly screwing up a simple one item order I made 6 days ago: "You have my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused you."
(He escalated it one notch, an inadequate response)
While you are jotting down a note to stay away from Esquire.com, may I suggest you add Overstock.com to that list)

Uninstall Flash (or use Safari's develop menu to load the page as an Safari for iPad).
