AT&T won't give me an upgrade until Feb, so I'm coaxing my boss to get me one for work. Very interested in getting 802.11ac and could use the 4G upgrade over the 4S.

Given that the 6 is a new chassis, and more than a facelift, I'll be waiting to buy, even if the 5 I have didn't suit my immediate needs.
I'll let all the early adopters sort out the bugs first.
Don't want to partipate in any repair extension programs again (sleep button, battery).

I have been using an S4 for the last few months. I like the size, but not the android experience, and i'm not too crazy about iOS either.

Plain 16 GB 6 in silver -- shes pissed that theres no more all white and doesnt like the big antenna lines.

I wasn't planning on it as I think my 5 will last another year, but the $200 trade-ins on the 4 is making it tempting. But I'll probably see if my friend will trade in my 4 when she gets a 6 and give me cash instead.

I'm one year in with my iPhone5s. I am still grandfathered in with Unlimited Data on ATT and, will not give that up. I'll wait until the initial rush dies down and, see what early bugs are discovered. I imagine iPhone6 will ship with iOS8 so, I'll need to see what that's like ( I still HATE iOS7).
In addition to my iPhone5s, back in January, I ported my landline (of 30+ years) to a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 on Sprint's Unlimited Everything plan ($90 / month). I LOVE the big screen and, have been thinking about dropping one phone. Which one is the big question.

You left "I may buy someone's castoff 4s or 5" off the survey. I would be more apt to go that route.
