They can expect to get a cease-and-desist letter from Apple, who claims that they own the word "pod" and any derivative thereof.

And then Apple will likely get a cease desist order from the company called PODS that specializes in mobile storage that have been around a oot longer than the iPod.

Those were introduced with the chicken fries, a few months ago.
They made the medium fries smaller, and more expensive.
I don't visit much, maybe once a year, have a friend that owns a franchise BK, and a couple of Macs.

Both of the local ones have free wifi.
I stick to the tendergrill chicken sandwich because of my diet.
