Every now and then the image changes from King's wharf to Heritage wharf.
( or middle of the pier where the busses pick up ship passengers for cruisetours to the end of the pier )
Raining very hard right now.
the palm trees in the parking lot look OK
Don't have time to watch it long enough if it is PTZ or just switching

This is the camera direction I saw occasionally on that link earlier.
Looks like a yardarm flagpole with two cannons under it, waves crashing behind it, and three flashing lights right now.

definitely a PTZ camera, someone moved it all around zooming in on missing roofs and boats that didn't make it through the night.
