That is a steal for the 70-300. It's a pretty good lens overall. But be aware, it is quite good up to about 200mm but at 300mm the image quality really drops off. Not really usable at 300mm for professional quality but for an amateur, a 300mm lens for $200 is a good deal. Out of stock now, anyway.
The 75-300, on the other hand, is junk. Probably not worth the $70.
