My old Nokia is just not charging strong. I know I can transfer the number but what about the 99 stored numbers? It is my business. I know I asked you before but gimme some good gnus.

Aren't the stored numbers (along with all the other settings) on a SIM card on most cell phones? Can't you just put the SIM card into a similar model and it will be as though you always had that phone?

Heh, true, if it's a GSM phone, but I recall Mint had an older TDMA one, which does away with that nice addition.

5165 Nokia. Everybody says no but there is a PC program that says yes. Availble at the Big Boxes for $40 plus computer. Great big Fsck I am going to expermint. I'm screwed. Thanks micro.

Hmm. Unfortunatly seeing if a PC program would work would seem to be your best bet, as it doesn't have IR which would be the number 1 way to transfer over your contacts.
There are machines called Cellbrites I believe, designed to transfer contact information for CDMA phones and the like. That might be an option as well. My guess is a Sprint or Verizon store would let you use one(If they are still around), however I don't know if they'd let you transfer it to another phone not activated by them.

No.
First, not all phones have SIM cards. Second, even if there is one, there's usually a procedure to follow to manually xfer the numbers from phone-memory and some fields in the contact info are inevitably left out.

Cheap TDMA phone with very old tech. Smallest feature list I can recall ever seeing on phonescoop.com.
Looking over the various lists of supported models... No sync with iSync. No sync with DataPilot... or PocketMac... or MegaCell... or OnSync...
Some cell phone stores can copy the data between compatible phones. If you don't want to deal with the PC software, you're pretty much stuck with the tride-and-true... a pencil and paper.

Who is the provider? Some will transfer info for a small charge. especially if you are buying the phone from them and renewing your contract.
If not go to a Mall near a Urban area (place that sells Ringtones) sometimes they will have the software to do the transfer. Also check cell phone stores "In The Hood".

Just write em down . OR you should already have these in your ADDRESS BOOK anyway. So, get a phone made after 1950, and theniSync your phone.
You could have already written down the numbers at leat by now.

Cingular who I do business with claims they cannot do it with my old phone. No sim card. Why would I write them down and reinput them?
