I was about to purchase some repair parts ($14.95+) from an online source when I happened to visit H-D's home page. Hey, they offer repair kits for free!

WOW, thanks! This house has them, and the big one upstairs has been busted since I got the place. The little lock thing that tightens on the cord to keep the blinds in place is missing. IMHO, that's way too much weight to put on such a tiny thing. We'll see if the replacement one is any better.
