Fedex Priority Overnight, 2 days later (no delivery, yet) - clay - 03-06-2015
It's not a huge deal, but a Fedex Priority Overnight package that was shipped on the 4th (2 days ago) will likely not make it to me again today. I'm on the east coast and got hit with the snowstorm yesterday, but it looks like traffic is moving pretty well again this morning. The package finally left Memphis earlier this morning, but there's still no estimated delivery date shown on the tracking page. So I don't expect it here today. I guess if I can take any solace, it will be that because it was shipped via Priority Overnight, it may be one of the first packages delivered when delivery is again possible.

Ditto, I'm in Wisconsin and we have no snow, but there was a delivery exception at one of the hubs. I am skeptical, I think they use any opportunity they can find to save some money. It didn't snow THAT bad anywhere that trucks couldn't drive.

The south was pretty screwed up with the cold weather and an ice storm. Just hope your package isn't stuck in a snowdrift someplace.

looks like it's actually moving. Just arrived at a sort facility 2 hrs away, might even arrive today (though FedEx is still not giving an estimated delivery date). We'll see.

I'm trying to understand if your post is a complaint about the delays or just commenting that the package is late. Delays shouldn't come as a surprise considering the inclement weather that hit the east coast and northeast in general.

I had a expedited overnite UPS package that made it onto the delivery truck that was supposed to be here "by the end of the day" but got a weather exception at 8:10 PM.

I ordered flowers from 1800Flowers.com as a Valentine's Day gift for a friend. Delivery was guaranteed for V-Day - they still haven't arrived.

I had a similar delayed package a few weeks ago, and it seems that once it misses the expected delivery time, they change it to No Estimate, and it sticks that way. Mine was still saying No Estimate while it was on the local delivery truck heading to my door.
In my case, the package was supposed to go from Florida to California, but they sent it through Kentucky and then Memphis.
