I really liked Seattle when I visited but their idea of a sunny day is very funny to the rest of the country ;-)

I would argue the opposite. The rest of the country's idea of heavy rain is very funny to us Seattleites.

It reminds me a little of the "grafitti" where an artist would clean pollution from the walls of tunnels to create images and got arrested for defacing.
