It's just on mobile devices correct or am I missing something?

Well the website is essentially the store now, I guess they wanted to integrate the experience?

Huh? You seem to be missing the fact that the online store is still there.

Interesting communication style. I will have to try starting all my sentences with "You seem to be missing the fact that..."

Each product that you look at on the Apple site now has a "Buy Now" button, so you don't have to leave the product pages to go to a separate store.

As mikebw said, they seem to think an integrated experience is better. Although it's taking some getting used to for me, it probably is better in the long run.

bik,

Definitely not better. If I want product info, I check out product info on the site. If I want to buy something, I want to skip delving into a product info page and go right to the store. Same goes if I just want to browse through the store and see what's available.

I actually like the merging.

The upper right corner of the first page of a product still has Tech Specs that you can click.

There may be an extra click or two if you want to go straight to the store and make a purchase.

I think the idea is to more easily induce a purchase after browsing.

Other than Googling "Apple Refurbs" how do you get to the refurb page from the website. I could not figure it out, but Google took me right to it.
