SOLD: iPhone 5 16GB White Verizon - C(-)ris - 11-07-2015 Up for sale is an iPhone 5 in white. 16GB size. It is a Verizon phone, but is unlocked for other carriers. It will work on ATT and Tmobile, but only at 4G speeds, no LTE. Would be ideal for Verizon or a carrier that uses Verizon's network. It is in good shape, but has been used. It does have one small ding on the bottom by the speaker and some scratching near the lock button. Overall it is in good shape though. Asking $175 shipped. Re: iPhone 5 16GB White Verizon - Black - 11-10-2015 I thought LTE and 4G were the same thing? From what I read in a quick 30 second google the phones are missing ATTs LTE bands, but do support a slower 4G band. Re: FOR SALE: iPhone 5 16GB White Verizon - space-time - 11-11-2015 Initially 4G was LTE. There was something like 3.5G which was HSPA+ (I think). Eventually ATT decided to call it 4G to fool everyone into thinking this was the next great thing, until they eventually deployed LTE as far as I understand it: Initial convention: 3G < HSPA+ (3.5G) < LTE (4G) After ATT changed their mind: 3G < HSPA+ (4G) < LTE |
