At least eight state investigations have turned up no impropriety from Planned Parenthood...
Much as I dislike giving Daleiden and his crew any additional coverage, I think turnabout is fair play here. Eight state investigations of Planned Parenthood turned up bupkus; I'd bet at the very least, Daleiden et al have repeatedly violated federal HIPAA privacy rules.
Not that they're ever likely to collect a dime from these weasels- but the findings of fact and a judgement against them in a court of law would not only provide a nice validation of PP, but could give copycats (and perhaps grandstanding politicians) some pause.

Sadly those weasels will now get major bucks for their 'legal defense' by yammering at all the usual suckers.

I'm all for the lawsuit. I imagine they spent that time getting all their ducks in a row to be sure they weren't wasting resources on a weak case.

Agreed. It may nudge prosecutors to file criminal indictments too.
