Get IE 6 running in Linux in about 5 minutes - ztirffritz - 09-14-2006

I need IE 6 for alot of things at work, but I'm also trying to migrate away from Windows to Linux at work. I found this script that will install IE 6 and Flash 9 and get it working pretty smoothly, actually it install 3 version of IE. So if you're a webdev and need to do some IE testing this could be a great achievement.
Just download, extract, and execute the script on this page:

I had some problems initially, but the forums helped me straighten it out. I've found that some of the website still don't work correctly because they test for the OS as well as the browser, but I'll work on that next.

I've read that this has been made to work in Linux, FreeBSD, and possibly OS X with DarWINE.
