There's not much to work or not, though it won't hold a Pencil.
Unfortunately, it's one per code, and one code. I wanted two.
I liked these stands when they first came out, but they don't look "right" to me unless you close the straps, something I didn't want to do whenever I charged the Watch. I just wanted something to just put the Watch onto.
But I needed two more stands, and when not being worn for a few days at a time, I don't mind closing the bands.

I bought one of these for myself and liked it so much I bought another for a gift. I like that the wire has its own groove to conceal it.
