Most likely the 'From' is generated from the 'To', at least on a Mac.

Frequently that's just a trick to try and get past spam filters. Your own email address is likely whitelisted or exempted because it is in your address book (as the "me" contact).

...But spammers typically cycle through their lists of millions of email addresses to fill-in sender-names and reply-to email addresses, so their having your address means there's a good chance that someone somewhere has gotten spam from "you."
