Your own email address is likely whitelisted or exempted because it is in your address book (as the "me" contact). ...But spammers typically cycle through their lists of millions of email addresses to fill-in sender-names and reply-to email addresses, so their having your address means there's a good chance that someone somewhere has gotten spam from "you." |
