Safari problem - blooz - 05-22-2016
I will be visiting a site, say, in this case a magazine, and although i can scroll just fine down most of the pages I will get one that jumps back up to the top, then down then up again. Then I get this message:
These open just fine in Firefox. Anybody with a clue? I don't have flash in Safari and I wonder if that has something to do with it, tho these pages just have still photos on them.

I don't have Flash in Safari either and that site loads fine.
Safari 9.1.1, OS X 10.11.5
