iBook G4 gets ? at startup - Microman - 05-22-2016
Was looking for some pictures that seem to have gone lost, from a trip to China.
One of the places I wanted to look was this old iBook G4, that now doesnt seem to boot. Gets ? a startup. So it cant find a boot drive.
Anything I can do to help this G4 out? To see whats on the drive.

Boot from an external, then try to mount the drive. Next run your utilities like Diskwarrior.

Or try starting the iBook up in target disk mode and attach it to a running system by Firewire. Then try your repair utilities.
