This is our first actual fall with our replacement windows. It's great to be able to open and
shut them at will. The old windows, crank out aluminum with attached storms were just too
much trouble to open, some wouldn't even open at all. It's nice to hear the owls and cows at
night. Next up Central AC replacement with a new Heat Pump.

We cannot air our house yet. The warm weather still welcoming the bugs, flies, lizards, etc. into our lovely home.

I tried that the other night and ended up with my hay fever kicking up. Funny, I've never suffered from fall allergies before this year...

It rained yesterday so the pollen is down today. I am sure it will kick back up.
I just had to shut the windows and doors, it is getting cold - 60 degrees.

I wish. We have the heat on now in the early AM as temps are in the upper 40's-low 50's. Forecast is for cool and rainy. Summer (always too short here) is over...
