1) Microsoft Store has the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 i5 for $699 [ $300 off ] by using edu store link
2) the same thread says they got the same configuration at Microcenter for $599 after edu discount
....note keyboard and mouse are extra....
if you are curious and would like to get a Surface Pro 4 i5, base model......?!
