Still feeling like I am stalled but I am keeping up my weight lifting.

Last week: 2 upper body workouts, some walking.
This week: 2 upper body workout, 1 hour elliptical.

Did minimal workout - rode about 11 miles. Legs felt like lead.

I'm trying something new. 1/2 cup of steamed brussel sprouts a day with dinner. I heard that the compounds in the brussel sprouts help to burn the fat away. I am muscling through the gag reflex...

I've been bad, took off a full week post half marathon. Time to get back at it and begin planning my transition from the road back to the gym as the days get shorter and the weather turns cooler.

Not to hijack too much, but what is the Baylor event that has that mass of students running onto the football field?

try roasting them in the oven with olive oil, salt and pepper. yummy!

...started light exercise routine on weekend and thighs are killing me, every time I use them....walking, getting up from chair, walking up steps......ugh!!

Well... I am STILL not on a regular exercise routine... STILL too lazy.
But my dietary habits are considerably improved...
I'm down almost 15 lbs, and am wearing size 40 jeans right now. They're a little tight... but considering the last time I wore a size 40 jeans, I think Bill Clinton was in his first term, It's progress!

I appreciate the Forum Fit Club posts! Even if I am still out of shape Wink
