Video camcorder help? - wowzer - 10-01-2006 Does anyone have a recommendation for a video camera that is: small (palm size) image stabilization $200-$300 dollars tape (digital) or hard drive (which is better)? mac compatible (imove) TIA Re: Video camcorder help? - jonny - 10-01-2006 I just got one of these. ~ $300. Top rated on Consumer Reports. The auto iris is not great (a bit jumpy), but manual is fine and otherwise, I've been pretty happy. I have a ZR10, and it works great with iMovie. My sister is looking for a camcorder, and I figured to do more research for her. I bought my ZR10 about 5-6 yrs ago, and it's holding up great. JDC- I'll watch for Dell deals... Thanks. Re: Video camcorder help? - jonny - 10-02-2006 Yeah, it works fine with iMovie/ Final Cut. |
