No. For native-printing, printer must be Airprint-compatible and accessible over WiFi.
There are 3rd party solutions to send docs to other kinds of printers. For example, I have one that can print to HP printers.
But without Airprint it's harder. And many printers/networks don't support Airprint.

Theres got to be at least a thousand pritners on that list.
Id say anything made within the last 3-4 years is an automatic yes. My $79 Brother inkjet is, got it Feb 2013.

It won't easily print to most network or wireless printers made before 2010.
