Left my ipod on the plane - any chance of getting it back? - JPK - 10-11-2006 I flew home with the wife and kids yesterday and in all the comotion in getting the kids ready to deplane, left my ipod in the seat pocket. Is there any chance of getting it back? Of course I had no addresses in it or identification on it. Does AA have some sort of centralized Lost & Found? Suck it up and buy a new one? She thought about keeping it as there was no name on it. I told her to call Apple with the serial number and see if it had been registered. It had been. Apple contacted the owner and put her in touch with my friend. Needless to say, she was very surprised and grateful. A while later I gifted my friend with my original 5 GB iPod with a new battery. What goes around...........
