Alt-Craigslist - kap - 08-24-2017 What other websites I can subscribe to sell used electronics? Re: Alt-Craigslist - cbelt3 - 08-24-2017 There are often specialty sites for things like audiophile equipment, HAM radio equipment, old Mac stuff, etc.... Or the MRF.... what are you selling ? Re: Alt-Craigslist - deckeda - 08-24-2017 One of the best Google searches for answers like this includes vs, as in "craigslist vs" (or "craigslist alternative"). Mashable or some such will have a list. I've used LetGo and there are some others. If you're on FB, there's already a Marketplace link down in the lefthand side rail of the screen (browser, not phone). Re: Alt-Craigslist - rz - 08-24-2017 The only other one I've heard of (actually seen commercials for) is Let Go. There used to be a website called backpage, but I think they got shut down because most of the users were prostitutes advertising their services. I was going to make some crack about how there's a marketplace for everything but used bedroom toys, but I quickly realized there's likely more market there than I want to consider. Re: Alt-Craigslist - kap - 08-24-2017 These are items I have to sell: Nikon camera, label maker, sewing machine, working Windows laptops with cracked screens, windows desktops of P3 and duel core generations and a myriad of Mac laptops' hardware. These are all gently used. Re: Alt-Craigslist - sekker - 08-25-2017 kap wrote: I'd put the Mac hardware here and see what goes. Re: Alt-Craigslist - JPK - 08-25-2017 I have had good luck with facebook Marketplace. It is not as anonymous as craigslist. It is also not as popular as facebook, but I like that it seems to be more of a gatekeeper against the riff-raff of craigslist. JPK |
