It's a five inch high "Uncle Sam" style hat, painted red, white, and blue and designed to be used as a savings bank. How ugly. I would have rather had a small deposit made to my account as a token of their thanks for my business.
If you've been an account holder for a while, watch your mail, because you, too, may be lucky enough to get one. How much do you think I can get for it in my next garage sale?
