Looks like a pretty good price for the specs. Bump the RAM to at least 16gb for a few $$ more, and for under $2500 you'd have a real nice computer. Been thinking about making a move for my main machine, but this is just a tad more than I was hoping to spend.

Tax kills me. Id rather just go to adorama or BH.

512 flash is nice, but the fusion drive is no slouch.

RAM is kinda pricey, I think if you needed all that CPU/GPU then a healthy amount of ram is needed too? $200 to go to 24 GB. ouch.

for my use, this type of machine with 24gb or better 32gb of ram would be exactly what i need instead of a imac pro.

$2500 for a work machine that is relevant for 3-5 years seems reasonable.

be well.

I bought my 2010 27" iMac in 2012 for $1400, then bought a 2014 iMac in 2016 for $1500. So think I will hold out until next year and get a 2017 iMac for $1500 in 2019. =)

Tempting. My work may totally labotomize official Macs. I might need to update my original i3 iMac to have a working home station.
