Roger Stone: It's *possible* I could be indicted - pdq - 06-21-2018

It's also possible the sun will come up tomorrow.

“I acknowledge it is a possibility," Stone said in an interview on Hill.TV's "Rising."

Stone, however, pushed back that he is "concerned" about being charged, noting that would suggest culpability.

Some of Stone's contacts during the 2016 presidential race have attracted scrutiny, including his communications with WikiLeaks — and most recently an undisclosed meeting with a Russian who offered dirt on Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.

...which he lied about and concealed from the House Committee, at least. Mueller doesn't take kindly to that kind of thing.

Heh. In other Mueller news, a Federal judge has smacked down Manafort's request to suppress all evidence seized from his storage unit that one of his employees let the feds into, saying he wasn't his employee.

Is this max's "police state"? Not exactly:

[U.S. District Judge Amy Berman] Jackson pointed to the fact that employees name was listed on the lease of the storage, that Manafort had given him a key to it, and that the employee gave the investigator written consent to access the unit.

Oops.

The actual seizure of documents came the next day, after a search warrant was obtained.

Great strawman you built there pdq, nothing to with my examples of one, or with my discussion of prosecutorial overcharging, but if you want to see max's examples of the Police State you are so valiantly defending, you could go here...

Then again, you never did comprehend the problem overmilitarization of our police forces as long as it was your boyz who were wearing the jackboots and how much of a Police State we have become...

Some how I doubt if the GOP controlled House committees will be interested in investigating any lying.

max is so touchy. He sicced the Forum Police on me the other week when I posted that I could never tell what would set him off on any particular day.

(...and I still can't!)

I think max is just a bit hungry.

Contemplate the stone, Roger.

My comment is not going to be about max, but about anybody who comes to this side and pokes at everyone with snide sideways insults and then complains to Mommy and Daddy when someone insults them. Talk about snowflakes.
