How to migrate to new Admin Account on MacBook Pro? - Microman - 08-29-2018 In a thread below, about a CU website that is not showing up correctly, I have discovered that the GUEST account and creating a new ADMIN account fixes the website and it looks correct. Should I just manually copy desktop items and install new apps in the DOCK, or is there a way to do it easier, without bringing the problem with me. No plug ins, or extensions have been added to Safari Re: How to migrate to new Admin Account on MacBook Pro? - ka jowct - 08-29-2018 It sounds like a Safari problem. Why not just use some other browser? That would be far easier than what you are proposing. Also look at any add-ones you may have added to Safari. Re: How to migrate to new Admin Account on MacBook Pro? - Microman - 08-29-2018 Thanks ka jowct I went back to Safari, and took a look at pull down under Safari tab. First looked at SETTINGS FOR THIS WEBSITE. I changed a blocker thing, but it did not help. Set it back. Then saw the CLEAR HISTORY. Did that, and now the website comes up correctly. TY for the direction back to Safari as the problem. I did have to login to Macresource and Gmail already again, but doing that and any other login will be a lot easier than migrating a ADMIN account. Thanks, Tom Must of had, an old cached link for the site that was confusing getting it to come up correctly.
