I imagine the suit will come after those suits that Trump told us about regarding those evil women that said evil lies about him and his sexual organs.
"He pretended to be an insider when in fact he was nothing more than a gofer. He signed a non-disclosure agreement. He is a mess!" Trump also said in the tweet, his first public comment on Sims since he began promoting the book on different TV shows Monday.
haven't heard that one before...

That tactic worked before Go Fund Me and such. Now the public can help a person pay the legal bills to go head-to-head with a bullying lawsuit. Plus, this guy's advance would probably cover legal fees; that is assuming that no lawyer would take it on just to punch Trump in the nuts.
Anyhow, Trump isn't going to pursue it, as pointed out above.

I saw a great comment today - something to the effect that it’s hard to threaten Sims for violating an NDA if everything he says is made up, as Trump claims.
