Does not appear to have a safety harness on a pretty steep pitched roof spidey costume or not.

The man can stick to walls -- why on earth would he need a safety harness?
It's a good thing OSHA rules don't apply to superheroes -- can you imagine Spider-Man having to wear a safety harness while swinging through downtown Manhattan?
