ADB-USB Wombat Input Converter, $49

Now you can finally use a modern optical mouse with your vintage Macintosh, or amuse your coworkers with a retro ADB keyboard on your work machine. ADB-USB Wombat is an indispensable tool for Apple collectors and enthusiasts.

I know this will have very narrow appeal, as most of us have moved on from the ADB days. But I still have an Apple Extended II keyboard I really like and may just pop for the Wombat.

It can be used for using an ADB keyboard with a modern Mac, and according to the site, the other way round - a modern keyboard to an ADB Mac.

There's also a case available for $10 if one doesn't want to go bareback.

weren't there adb to usb adapters back in the late 90's? I think I might still have one in a drawer somewhere.

Of course, I don't know that it works in reverse (hooking USB device to an ADB port)

The Giffin Technology iMate let you connect an ADB device to a USB computer. The iMate has been out of production for awhile.

https://github.com/tmk/tmk_keyboard will let you connect an ADB keyboard to a USB computer with a Teensy or Arduino

The ADB-USB Wombat is bidirectional - ADB to USB or USB to ADB

I still have two of these -- the one I've used daily for nearly 20 years and a second purchased to use as backup if the first ever fails.

What are the odds that this would work with an ADB Wacom board?

From the Wombat comments:
'A digitizing pad probably won’t work, sorry. The Wombat can translate standard mouse and keyboard events from ADB to USB, but doesn’t know about other devices like tablets, joysticks, dongles, etc.'
