Only got in one upper body workout. Now for some fried chicken. WIll try harder tomorrow.

Lots of knee pain, but still running regularly & lifting weights.

Working on hydration. Home health nurse visit today gave a "gift" of a water bottle which I will try to empty twice a day. Gonna take a new habit!

The school year has started so am back to walking to work.

With the weather running cooler (highs in the low 60's) and wetter, I'm starting to use my treadmill-desktop. 16.39 miles at around 2.2 MPH. In addition, I also did 13.9 miles of light intervals. 30.29 miles total. Weight steady.
