If things get tight, I will forgo the Beluga and choke down Sterlet.

I just make sure the butler draws the blinds, lest the neighbors see me slummin' it.

Don’t eat out of the residence. For me fast food averages $10 per person. While eating at a restaurant goes $30 -$60 a person including tip.

Inexpensive at home meals : quesadillas, burritos, eggs, sandwiches.

Rice and beans
Spaghetti
Over easy eggs on rice (much better than it sounds)
fresh soup (an onion, carrot, potato, etc with a chicken leg)

Cheap food does not have to be poor food.
