That's not a mullet. Mullets are short on the sides above the ears as well as in the front.
It is nonetheless an epic hairdo, no doubt about it. It's kind of like a cross between the hairstyle that Elvira, Mistress of the Dark has been wearing for ages and the one that Loretta Lynn wore early in her career.
My only question is how much of that is wig(s) and how much of it is his own natural growing hair?

I think he may have both Loretta Lynn and Elvira living in there. That coiffure would rent for $3000 a month as a Manhattan walk-up.
