Why does Amazon need my help to deliver a package? - freeradical - 12-13-2019 I'm supposed to get a package on Saturday, and they sent me this e-mail: A driver might contact you by text message, chat or call for help delivering your order. Huh? Re: Why does Amazon need my help to deliver a package? - GGD - 12-13-2019 Is your address hard to find? Is the item large and might need two people to carry? Just guessing. I haven't noticed the notice but boiler plate makes sense. They use a lot of very casual driver who may have no idea where any given address might be, especially if they're running late and might miss a guaranteed delivery date.
