Not cheap, but 13Deals has some 70% alcohol USA-manufactured fragrance-free sanitizer for about $0.67/oz. Shipping varies, but starts at $5 - limit 12 bottles (23.66 oz @ $16 each).

TP seems to be intermittantly available but I have yet to see hand sanitizer anywhere.
Of course, I have never bought or even looked for hand sanitizer before this whole mess started. :wink:

One of our advertising clients (a distillery) is selling it by the half gallon.

I saw Toilet Paper at all three shopping stops this morning, Costco, Safeway, and Walmart. Costco had their normal Kirkland brand, Walmart had some national brands like Scott, but Safeway had some weird stuff, one was made from bamboo.

Watery, you need a spritzer/small travel sprayer to apply. My FIL bought some to try out.
