It sounds as though they have things in pretty good order to be safe, but I'll wait until closer to my time (Friday) to decide whether to go or to do one more week with my trainer at home via Facetime. But, since our grandchild has gotten more active we've discovered that getting up from the ground after we play with him is, let us say, a challenge! So, we got out the old Royal Canadian Air Force exercise book and started doing those--yesterday. I'm pretty sore today! My dad had used the book back in the 60's and when he passed it was one of the half dozen things I wanted to remind me of him. Did wind sprints in the pool this weekend. With the kids. Hanging off my back. And they did fall off. Because they wanted to! That was fun! Until I realized I chewed up the bottom of my feet. Gotta get water shoes...
